Important Exceptions
To maintain quality standards for all our customers, we cannot accept returns for:
- Light Bulbs & Fittings (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Faux Flowers & Plants that have been removed from original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items from our Decorative Boxes & Jars collection
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts

Within 2 business days, our design-focused support team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. For international returns outside North America and Europe, additional documentation may be required.
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
Please repackage the item with all original materials, including:
- Protective packaging for fragile items like mirrors or candle holders
- All tags and certificates of authenticity
- The original invoice or packing slip
Step 4: Ship Your Return

Refund Details: When & How
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to your Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account within 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue immediate design credit for future purchases
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchanges: Curating Your Perfect Space
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the return process above, noting “Exchange” in your request
- Specify the desired replacement item from our collections of cushions, lighting, or decorative accents
- We’ll process the exchange once the original item is received
For urgent exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately to minimize design downtime.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your decorative tray arrived damaged or you received the wrong planter, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost to you.
